2. Damaged Items

Every product goes through a strict quality control process before shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, you must provide a clear unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened, with no cuts or edits.

Without this video, we cannot process a claim or offer a replacement.

If the video is verified and approved, we will offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or store credit.
3. Order Issues
