Returns, Damages & Order Policy

1. No Refunds & Exchanges

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Please review your order carefully before checking out.

 


 

2. Damaged Items

  • Every product goes through a strict quality control process before shipping.

  • If your item arrives damaged, you must provide a clear unboxing video taken from the moment the package is opened, with no cuts or edits.

  • Without this video, we cannot process a claim or offer a replacement.

  • If the video is verified and approved, we will offer a replacement (subject to stock availability) or store credit.

 


 

3. Order Issues

  • For missing or incorrect items, contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@mozyandco.com with your order number and photo/video evidence.
